Went in early on a weekend morning and there was no line, yet there were 5 baristas just standing around and it took the two who were working 10 minutes to make my order. My order was wrong (asked for a hot chocolate and got a coffee drink, and I can't drink coffee) and tossed on the counter with a distracted scowl. Made me feel like I, the customer, was wasting their time.Not going back here again.August 23, 2016
